This guide explains how to use the Support page on the website. The steps given below will help navigate through the page and contact the website support team for help or inquiry.
After accessing the website, navigate to the sidebar and click on the "Support" link. The page will load and show you the options for support.
On the Support page, select an agency from the dropdown menu provided. After selecting, click on the "Next" button to proceed.
After clicking on the "Next" button, a new tab titled "View information" will open. This tab shows the agency's information.
You have two options for contacting the agency. You can click on the Phone Numbers provided on the page to make a call from your device or click on the "Next" button to proceed to the "Submit message" tab.
If you wish to submit a message to the support team, click on the "Next" button. This will open the "Submit message" tab.
The "Submit message" tab has three fields: Title, Phone Number, and Content. Fill in these required fields and validate the CAPTCHA code. Finally, click on the "Send" button to submit your message.
If the operation was successful, you will receive a notification to inform you of the same.
