I) Job Request Page
If you have a non-customer account in our system settings, you can still send job requests to an agency. You can find the option to do so under the "Personnel" category in the sidebar. Once you have located this option, click on "Job Requests" to navigate to the job request page.
On the job request page, you will see a list of all active agencies in the system. If you encounter any issues fetching agencies, simply click on the "Reload" button to refresh the page.
To send a job request to an agency, simply check the boxes next to the agencies you would like to contact, and then click on "Send Requests". If the operation is successful, you will receive a notification confirming that the request has been sent. Any job requests that have been sent will have a blue background.
If you need to cancel one or more job requests, simply check the boxes next to the requests you would like to cancel, and then click on "Cancel Requests". The background color of any cancelled requests will return to the default color.
If an agency accepts one of your job requests, the background color of the request will change to green to indicate that it has been accepted.
