- AMPO conference presentation will be Joe followed by SEMCOG and ARC examples by Joel and Clint
- Partners plan to talk next week about the Phase 7 scoping after Tuesday meeting
- Should we setup a hardware system for testing moving forward?
Discuss review/acceptance process for SANDAG cross border model contribution
- Any issues with contribution?
  - More tools in the toolbox is great
  - Needs to have a switch to turn off or on
  - And partners need a moment to say yes or no to contributions
  - Would be good to test improved process with ODOTx2 long distance model
  - Good for externals / ancillary models
- Let's sync this up with the Governance and Strategic Development and Contribution Plans here
- We don't want to hold up the SANDAG PR though, so we'll do both in parallel
- @Joe setup team to review/update docs, @Max and @Clint to finalize review/updates and then we'll accept
- Issue #483, especially before work section is relevant
Discuss Project board topics, especially the ones tagged for Discussion
- Would be good to improve communication / broadcasting of bug fixes/improvements to examples
- Continued work on performance tuning is promising and @Enrique and Ben to keep working on the examples
Need to tidy-up all the PRs, accept, and do a release soon; holding on the SANDAG PR for inclusion
