Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

• Informal RFPs drafted for internal review and planned to go out in a couple weeks
• Update on SANDAG performance work, see multi-region timing
  • Including the tap lines file makes a big difference
  • SANDAG helper funds need to be spent by 4/15; Jeff working on it
  • Including tap lines is optional
  • What's the impact on the model results / quality? We've pretty much just always included it since it removes suboptimal options
  • TM2 development assigned the onboard survey and compared results to the TVPB, which is a good way to understand how the tap lines impacted results
  • Remember the code is much better too
  • Code should be about as fast as CT-RAMP (and if not then let's try to make it faster)
  • Having more RAM really helps, and the amount you need depend is tied to the number of CPUs
  • Would be good to add more documentation on how to explore/tune memory/processors/chunking
  • Would be good to test different configs on different AWS or Azure machines now to provide more guidance
  • ARC has 64 core 512GB RAM machine
  • We'll keep folks posted on progress

Task 2 Complete Estimation Mode (milestone)

• Newman planning PR next week
• I'll then review and integrate as needed

Task 3 Telecommute Model in Cooperation with SEMCOG (milestone)

• Example now in example_semcog on develop
• I'll move to Google Doc so it’s easier to comment/review, see Google doc here
• Comments due 4/8

Task 4 Transit Pass Ownership Model in Cooperation with SEMCOG (milestone)

• Joel to report back on data analysis

• We're waiting for Joel's analysis before setting a two week review period

Task 5 Performance Enhancements (milestone)

• Need to work on documentation of new features as part of the upcoming release

Task 6 Prototype multiple models test system (milestone)

• Plan and test system updated with examples
• Will add sandag example as part of sandag assistance
• Will be updating the user guide example materials to support multiple examples since we now have several

Task 7 Input checking and error handling and pipeline improvements (milestone)

• Discussed potential improvements list wiki page
• We will create issues for each and then folks can vote for their favorite three
• We'll then work through the list, implementing what we can with the task budget
• We'll link to the issues from the page

Task 8 Maintenance and Support (milestone)

• Made some improvements to non-mandatory tour scheduling to speed it up
• Budget mostly spent and need to save some funds for getting the upcoming release done
