#Players can set up games

A user launches the application and chooses to start a new game

They are presented with a screen allowing him to choose the parameters of the game (game name, how many players, how many unabombers, how many policemen). They can come back to main menu or hit "start"

The user then sees a screen informing them of how many people have joined the game.

Once all players have joined, the player is presented with a map and the game starts
