Players can join existing games

#Players can join existing games

• A user launches the application and is presented with a list of ongoing games (he can also choose to start a new one)
• They scan the list and join a game by hitting the "Join" button next to the game name
• If the game has enough players, they are presented with a map and the game starts
• If the game does not have enough players, they see a screen informing them of how many people have joined the game. Once all players have joined, the player is presented with a map and the game starts.
