A unabomber chooses a bomb from the map

A window pops up with a button to detonate

If they are within a 20m radius of the bomb detonation works.

When the bomb detonates, all citizens in a 10m radius of the bomb die (removed from game)

If there are no citizens left, the game ends - unabomber wins
