Welcome to the Buraq-mini wiki!

Buraq-mini is an RV32IMC 5-stage pipeline processor

The Soc consists of

  • Buraq-mini core
  • ICCM (Instruction Closely Coupled Memory)
  • DCCM (Data Closely Coupled Memory)
  • GPIO Controller
  • UART Controller.

If you are here for the first time, we suggest you to first understand out TileLink implementation to better understand the gist of the Soc which interconnects these components through TileLink
