Description

This PR updates the version of Rollup. As well, updating our NextJS integration tests to 15.

There is a minor version change included as we depend on Nuxt for the Nuxt plugin which Rollup is a child dependency of.

Looks good. Tracking this as I need to bump some versions of vite, rollup, next as well for a couple vuln tickets this sprint
