If you are looking for public inputs for the ExomeGermlineSingleSample pipeline, you can find examples in this featured Terra workspace: https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/warp-pipelines/Exome-Analysis-Pipeline

We can look into adding these Terra inputs as an example json in WARP.

Thanks, @nikellepetrillo ; I'm not a Terra user. This was for converting WDL to CWL and having publicly accessible test data.

We can look into adding these Terra inputs as an example json in WARP.
