Adds README.md and fixes to several bugs, including some compatibility issues with different versions of pymbar (conda-installable v2.1.0beta versus the main branch, currently in 3.0 beta) and fixes to some cut off issues. Reads temperature from .xvg files when provided. Adds a setup.py script to enable normal installation.
