v1.0 - Paper version from the pymbar repository

This is the version of alchemical-analysis presented in our paper in J. Comp. Aided. Mol. Design (http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s10822-015-9840-9) as it was in the pymbar repository at that time. While we did not do so in the paper, this is here designated v1.0.

It is worth noting that since release of the paper, alchemical-analysis was separated from pymbar and migrated to its present location, so this release is presented as a file archive (.tar.gz). Please do not use the other links below as these were auto-generated by GitHub and do not correspond to the paper's version.
