As this plugin is for eclipse the first thing you have to make sure is to have an eclipse installation on your computer. For this plugin you need a version of eclipse Mars (eclipse v.4.5.x).
For the purpose of this plugin you can download any eclipse version from here.
For the installation of this plugin you need to download the latest version of the plugin which is a zip-file. Don't unpack this zip-file!
- Open eclipse
Help -> Install New Software...- Click the
Add...button to the right - Give the plugin a name (for example
SQDev) - Click on
Archive...and maneuver to the downloaded zip-file of the plugin - Click
OK - Select the
SQDevpackage and press next until you can finish the installation (you have to agree to the licence during this process) - During the installation eclipse will ask you if you're sure that you want to install this plugin because it isn't signed. Accept it and everything should work just fine
- Restart eclipse
Congratulations you have just installed the SQDev-plugin
