1.2.0 Input Library and SL Menu Fixes

• Changes input handling to be done using rirurin's new input library. This should be automatically downloaded when installing or updating Tiny Additions however it can also be manually downloaded from the github page if you need to.
• Adds a background addition that makes it so the S.Link menu correctly displays maxed social links that are also broken or reversed. This is always enabled and unless you're using Aemulus mods that actually make use of it (none are out yet) it will make no visible difference to the game.
