Since it seems to be a long awaited feature and since it was frustrating also for myself, I've decided to try a little something 馃檪
This PR updates graphics for all existing emojis and adds new ones (up to unicode 13.0), including all skin tones. I didn't update the emoji picker to add a skin tone selector... This is a lot more work and it could be done in another PR I think 馃槈 At least for now, all variations are listed and emojis received are displayed properly using the intended skin tone.
I've also updated the categories to reflect the ones used everywhere. I've reused the icons from the Telegram android app, I hope that's okay.
To generate the emojis data, I've also used the emojibase project along with the emoji list from the android app to keep the order consistent (ordering from unicode is different). The updated regex is also from the emojibase project.
