Install Python, and put python in your path
pip install jupyter
pip install matplotlib
pip install numpy
install scipy

Once jupyter has been installed, open your command prompt and navigate to this folder. Run jupyter notebook. This will host a web server and open a connection in your browser where you can run the python code in the notebooks.
