This is Perl module Text::Xslate::Syntax::Mustache.

INSTALLATION

Install cpanm (App::cpanminus) and then run the following command to install
Text::Xslate::Syntax::Mustache:

    $ cpanm Text::Xslate::Syntax::Mustache

If you get an archive of this distribution, unpack it and build it
as per the usual:

    $ tar xzf Text-Xslate-Syntax-Mustache-$version.tar.gz
    $ cd Text-Xslate-Syntax-Mustache-$version
    $ perl Makefile.PL
    $ make && make test

Then install it:

    $ make install

DOCUMENTATION

Text::Xslate::Syntax::Mustache documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:

    $ perldoc Text::Xslate::Syntax::Mustache

to read the documentation online with your favorite pager.
