Houdini 6

Forking is unreliable on Houdini 7, while it works reliably on Houdini 6.1. This includes all the previous patches applied on top of Houdini 7.

Fixing uname.

Houdini/arm64 had a bug which caused it to identify itself as "armv8" instead of "aarch64" in uname.
Also add binfmt entry for Debian/aarch64 statically compiled binaries.
