@KSDaemon I messed up my old repo (some day I will understand how to rebase other user's PRs ... eventually;) luckily, saved it locally, so this PR is the unmodified files from the old PR (I think I have selected the relevant/complete files for E2E and skipped the crap).
Also, I moved the OpenOffice "design" files into "rfc/design": those are not becoming part of the spec, they are there to serve as a guide to draw ASCII versions (if we decide we need those). It's just easier to sketch/draw in OO ...
