activate virtual environment
make new messages (make messages)
pull translations (make fetch-translations or sh scripts/fetch-translations.sh)
compile messages (make compile-messages)
update changelog
update readme with Django/Wagtail
update version
npm run build
pypi build flit build, flit publish
