feat: French translation is complete!

Here we go, after #2289, French version has been also completed !

I would like to thanks a lot of people involved in that translation project:

• @tlagoda who work hard to make the translations finish and who improves his translation quality along his PRs!
• @8HoLoN who make hard work at the beginning of the project on the component section!
• @kissu, @MarcBouvier and @Kamsou who served on examples, testing, accessibility and several big topics!

Could you add a link back to the English docs from the main languages list at the top of the page? See the Chinese or Japanese translations as a reference.
