Apps/Websites

The ratio "Awesome vue content" vs "Commercial products" is skewed to the latter. The contribution guidelines are updated and state "If the greater part of a product could only be used after payment the entry will be seen as an advertisement instead of a community contribution." I feel this is the case, am I correct?
