Use Monaco Editor (https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor/) via monaco-editor-vue as specification and description editor in the schema version create dialog.

Uses markdown highlighting for the description (see also #47) and javascript highlighting for specifications. This is not really correct, but works fine with the schema grammar until we provide a custom highlighter.
