PEDS_USPTO Beta v1.0

This beta version tries to get the PAIR data from USPTO API.

note: Shortcut may need to be created manually, or download the link attached. it should work for most users.

for the users who do not have install privileges, please download the 7z version - "PEDS_Portable_app-win32-ia32.7z".
