Description

With this change, tabs in Request pane and Collection settings that have content defined will be colored black (same color used for active tab), as proposed in #2138. This will effectively communicate to the user which tabs do/do not have content and save them from unnecessary tab clicking to find that out.

Resolves #2138

Default sort ordering in VS Code, will revert if there is a special code style rule for it in the project.
