- Specify encoding - Download also sources from wikipedia - Store the original source URL
- Include source url in enum (#getSource) - Make members of enum private and final

Basicly I was just trying to add missing subdivisions, mainly those of GB.
I tried to use wikipedia as a resource.
I also changed some other small things (see commit messages).
