I've had a few requests for features. As a contractor I could spend more time on this if the work was funded to buy time away from my contracts. Suggestions for funding models (crowdfunding features perhaps?) and platforms for payment welcome.

I have no idea if this is allowed here, but if not, maybe you could link to a personal page. In any case, I don't see any harm in having a donation link with PayPal some place with a chance to add a note (so if someone wants you to work on something, the could let you know what that is). I see other OSS devs do it all of the time.
