This frees up space for a title (coming). Availability filtering does not make much sense today when so many people have mobile devices that are usually offline, but support push notifications.
The titles are set to white so they fit with the default theme.

Adds 'Chats' and 'Contacts' titles to the relevant screens. The availability filter was removed from the contacts view to accomplish this. I don't believe filtering by contact availability is very useful now that we have push notifications.
