These binary files have been compiled for the SKR E3 V3.0 controller board only, using a MiniPanel 12864 V2.1 display, since this is the most common configuration these days.
If your SMuFF bases on a different configuration, you have to compile the binary yourself as explained on the SMuFF website.
Download the firmware binary contained in Assets according to your setup (based on the suffix), copy it to the SD-Card along with the other files and folders needed contained in the SD-Card-Contents.zip and rename it to firmware.bin before flashing it onto the controller board.
Suffixes mean:
- (no suffix) - default (Bowden Extruder)
- _NPX - Bowden Extruder, uses NeoPixels on tools
- _MS - Bowden Extruder, utilizes a Multiservo board (i.e. FeatherWing Servo)
- _NPX_MS - Bowden Extruder, uses a combination of the two above
- _DDE - default Direct Drive Extruder
- _DDE_NPX - same as NPX for Direct Drive Extruder
- _DDE_MS - same as MS for Direct Drive Extruder
- _DDE_NPX_MS - same as NPX_MS for Direct Drive Extruder
