This PR proposes a
psr/directory at Library's source-code (src/) to receive PSR implementations based on Swoole's ecosystem.As a reference the “PSR-6: Caching Interface” was implemented using
Swoole\Tableunderneath.PSRs are becoming more and more a vital part of the PHP developer's daily work and Swoole can't be outside this community's effort to make this integrate seeamsly.
