Add a Makefile to automagically handle dependencies and requirements
Running
make runwill:.env.developmentif neededpnpm run db:initandpnpm run db:seed) if neededSo for a fresh clone, it will run the 4 step.
In most of the case it will only run the 4th step
If the package.json have been changed, the 2nd step will also be played
