There are a few fixes and less (no more?) verbose logging >
DEBUGlevel.Turns out there was a big issue w/ sync returning early when it was coming across "cleared" DB versions. The correct behaviour is to
continueto the next known version.I only noticed because I mistakenly deployed to new nodes and they took forever to sync.
