The version 0.15 for dnn-inference is published.

• test.py in ./tests to examine the class split_test
• Update the Jupyter notebooks
• Speed up the main function split_test.testing
• Dict for fit_params, tune_params, and test_params
• More clear pipeline for tuning the hyperparams: inf_ratio and perturb
• fix some bugs
