Hi, I'm Rob Larsen and I'm an author and open source maintainer from Boston, Massachusetts in the USA. I currently maintain the @htbp organization as well as several personal repos where I maintain and share comic book related data. I also write books and articles about the web and web technologies.

I'd love to be able to devote more time to working on the @h5bp organization as well as creating more content teaching people about the web and web technology. Projects I'd like to work on include:

  • A book about Git and GitHub, detailing the way I've used Git and Github's tools as both an open source maintainer and as a technical architect for some of the biggest companies in the world.

  • A series of SVG and D3 tutorials, building on my work on Mastering SVG

  • Active maintenance of h5bp/Front-end-Developer-Interview-Questions. a valuable but somewhat neglected repository I inherited with the @h5bp organization

  • More active management of the HTML5 Boilerplate repos (h5bp/html5-boilerplate, h5bp/create-html5-boilerplate, h5bp/main.css

  • Active recruitment of new contributors/projects and promotion of new open source projects

  • Active maintenance of the @h5bp twitter account
