Hello,
This is Arne Hassel's request to join the Solid Team.
I've been a contributor to the Solid project for some years already, being introduced to the project through Kjetil Kjernsmo (first being the supervisor for my master thesis, later colleague and friend), with who I also joined Inrupt in late 2018. As part of my work with Inrupt I was an active contributor to Solid (through projects such as SolidOS, Node Solid Server, and Inrupt PodBrowser). I'm also a moderator at r/solid and Solid Community Forum.
I'm based in Oslo and work as a senior consultant in Capgemini, where I focus on the cross-section of front-end and linked data technologies. I believe Solid can be an incredible powerful technology for developers who want to create headless apps, meaning apps where the front-end and back-end are decoupled. This focus also lead me to create rdfjs.dev, which is a website that presents various front-end libraries that work with linked data and JavaScript, and where I've also added resources for interacting with the Solid protocol.
I don't know how much code contributions I'll be able to do, but I want to join the meetings and be a useful contributor there at least ^_^
BR,
Arne Hassel
