Meant to approve when I left my last comment. I particularly like the use of the Oxford comma in the last update! I was a reluctant adopter at first but see the benefits now.
[EDIT] My approval doesn't seem to count in the list below - oh well, you know what I think.

Add Test Suite Panel Charter. Update Panels
Based on interest to have a charter for the Test Suite Panel in the W3C Solid CG ( https://github.com/solid/test-suite-panel/blob/main/meetings/2022-05-09.md#test-suite-panel-charter ).
The Test Suite Panel will operate with a mutual understanding between contributors to technical reports, test suite software maintainers, and software implementers by following a cooperation process for the advancement of the Solid platform.
