It colors the titlebar of non-csd programs, the openbox menu, and the borders and the osd from openbox. Nothing fancy, but mostly matching |

Addresses #136
Decided to open a PR. There is TissueBox as an openbox theme, but it was using old color definitions.
Wolf was the most fitting one, but the color difference was visible if using a gtk3 program with its dark menu bar and the darker openbox titlebar. This should fit now.
Any comments from those, who asked for an openbox theme in Paper?
