Created interface and powerpoint notes implementation for scene changing.

I created interfaces for OBS managers and Scene managers.
Than I added the current implementations with some tweaks for OBS manager and Powerpoint note reader.
Abstracted the powerpoint logic to a class of itself named PowerPointSwitcherController.
