Connect an AWS IoT Button to a Slack Channel

This lambda function is used by Tutorial — Amazon IoT Slack Button.

Updates:

I adjust with below changes:

(1) use environment variables more than hard coding them in lambda functions.

(2) Show sample on how to push the message to private channel/group
