This addresses issue #114
It adds to the readme.md description of the panel commands, and how to put models/controllers into project folders, such as app/Models folder.
The description could also/alternatively go in http://laravelpanel.com/docs/master/crud-commands ?

Update documentation to explain where models and controller files are created, and how to place them to suit a project structure. For example. put models in app/Models folder.

On further consideration, putting Models anywhere except the default namespace (App) would break the current Panel code for CrudController and Dashboard, so I think would not be a wise move.
Accordingly, please reject my pull request!
