Description of Changes
I noticed that the timestamp format is different in the new CLI. This PR adds a
legacyTimestamp
option to the commands so users can choose to keep newly generated filenames more consistent with CLI v6.Locally the tests weren't actually running but I haven't figured out why. Will need to do some debugging to see what I missed
