The OneSource eNewsletter is a Department of Defense (DOD)-funded program that provides comprehensive information on military life to service members and their families.

Design

Treatment assignment process in order

1. The whole list was assigned to 6 conditions (6 different emails).
2. Individual emails were randomly ordered within each condition.
3. 1/82 of each condition was sent an email message each ?weekday? (or Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs?)
