The spacing in
CHANGELOG.mdis inconsistent: when I view the v3.1 CHANGELOG on Github, the lines under "API" are close together, but the lines under "Loaders" are spaced farther apart:Apparently blank lines in a list cause it to change from a "tight list" to a "loose list":
