Sample log file with randomized client IPs

This newer sample log file keeps the (now-used) client_ip field, but replaces all of the values with random IP addresses so as to avoid exposing any identifiable user information.

This log file contains 1,015,952 rows of logs, which is hopefully enough to run meaningful benchmarks if you're interested.
