- refactor templates into components

- Replace PyYAML with ruamel.yaml for consistent YAML handling - Update requirements.txt to remove pyyaml dependency - Create reusable YAML instances at module level - Add proper UTF-8 encoding for file operations
streamline yaml, improve logging, improve code documentation
