  • New option SVNRepoDir: if set enable a raw export on an empty SVN repository performing svn add and commit operation

First of all thanks for your contribution.

Do you think it makes sense to commit additionaly to svn and not instead of git?
Was this behaviour intended?

This pr looks fine for me. If you can write some small tests it would be perfect.

I needed to export simultaneously to svn and git during the same rtc export so it was my intent to commit additionaly.
Furthermore I used the existent diff system to get changes to commit to svn without implement a new one.
Anyway I don't actually think this PR has to be merged at the state it is, maybe it would make sense to add svn support as alternative to git as you suggested.
