Allow for recursive glob? #59

It looks like the glob function here doesn't specify the recursive option: https://github.com/roskakori/pygount/blob/master/pygount/analysis.py#L517

Per the glob documentation I think this means that we won't recursively match the given patterns.

Can we change this to recursive by default?
