Hey,
I just showed your pipeline to Lotte to use it and I find it beter/more stable to execute the pipeline via
nextflowand not let the user clone the code via github.Via that, you also have more control of which versions users are running (reproducibility). I also strongly suggest doing release versions of the pipeline (see #1 ).
My PR expects you are doing a release
0.0.1but of course you can also change that by pushing to this PR branch.
