fix uri for timestamp metadata

Motivation (required)

On Android devices, the timestamp of image metadata (when picked from gallery) is null

Test Plan (required)

On android device -> Pick image from gallery -> Access asset.metadata.timestamp and make sure it's not null and correct timestamp
