Fix bug 3036629, "Patch 328 breaks test", by moving IdentifierParser …

mondrian to olap4j and extending support for compound keys (e.g.
[Customer].[City].&[San Francisco]&CA&USA.)

Will change mondrian to use this implementation of IdentifierParser at some
point, but not yet.
